I needed a map update and was not able to do it myself due to limited resources. Byers was extremely courteous and efficient. They gave me a loaner car to use and also discovered that the map was already up to date but the CCU ( cabin control unit) needed updating. That took around 4 hours. I returned the loaner and picked up my Forrester. There was no charge b/c it was covered under warranty. The service was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this dealership .

I had my 60k service done as well as the hood looked at, plus my transmission drained and refilled. They needed my ascent for a whole day but set me up with a courtesy vehicle for the time they had it. They did a great job on the service. The ascent runs way better. Maria was awesome. She was able to include some of the parts in the cost of the inspections and got me a military discount. She even had my car washed and delivered my vehicle to my home because I was working. EXCELLENT service!

Aidan did a great job. He sent me a short video clip right away, showing me and telling me about the car I had expressed interested in online. I came in and took it for a test drive. They worked with me and did some touch ups on the car. One tire needed replaced but they couldn’t get it quickly, so they replaced all 4 tires with new ones. Thank you Aidan and team for a great experience and a great car. 😊
My husband and I took my car to get a diagnostic test . We were very impressed and satisfied with the service. A big thank you to Brittney . She explained everything and kept us updated throughout the entire process. She even sent a video that showed us exactly what the problem was. I brought my vehicle in for its 6,000-mile/6-month service in the morning. After the service, I drove home, which is about five miles away, and everything seemed fine.

We were in for routine maintenance at Byers Subaru Dublin. Working with Maria Laney, Subaru Service Guest Specialist is a pleasure. She very sharp, friendly and customer focused. The technicians, office staff and other staff work well together. The waiting area is quite nice too.
I purchassed a used vehicle from Byers and the experience was great. Austin was our salesman and he was 11/10 awesome! I have a 2019 Outback that I bought at Byers brand new. The car has 120k miles on it and has seen some things. It’s name is Ron Swanson. Ron’s radio had an issue and I needed it fixed. Byers fixed it right up AND. It was under an extended Subaru warranty so it didn’t cost a dime. Quick and easy
It was very well received. The agent , Sam went out of his way to wait for me to get to the Byers right before it closed and he stayed a little past closing to finish the deal for a car I love so far.
I’ve had my current Outback since 2019. The service department here is top notch and I’ve never had a bad experience. Always friendly and if there is any issue (recently had work done covered under an extended warranty that the software system didn’t show as ‘warranty work’) it is quickly resolved. Maria oversaw this recent repair and kept me informed every step of the way.
Sam was so kind and very helpful when test driving and buying my Outback! I felt that he cared more about my overall experience than trying to sell me a car which I very much appreciated. I have been and will continue to recommend Byers Subaru to anyone that will listen.

I came into Byers Subaru to have a warranty issue resolved with my car purchased from Carvana. They made working with the warranty company so much more pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure my car was in good working order. The main issue was bluetooth/radio, and they even helped me find the proper cord to make sure the issue was completely resolved before I had to move out of town. I can't thank Sean and the team at Byers Subaru enough.
I purchased a used, low mileage Cross Trek for my son. He hit a curb a blew out a tire. I out in the spare and brought the damaged tire in, so my son could drive to school the next morning. They refused to change the tire without bringing in the vehicle, so I went next door to a tire store and had a new tire installed. All well at dealership. After, my Eyesight function stopped working. Don't know if a setting was tripped. Haven't had a chance to call.
Part pricing was off initial quote, installation was incomplete, but fixed on return . Service personnel were friendly - just could have had some room for improvement.

Two "complaints" are (1) my $10 discount coupon arrived in the mail the day of my service AFTER my service. I mentioned that I normally had one of those but was charged full price. (2) When I got in my car after the service, the seat had been moved forward enough that getting in my car was uncomfortable. It wasn't moved so much that I noticed but I sure felt it.

Tire replacement went very well after a weather delay on the first appointment. Rescheduling toook place without a hitch and new tires are great to have, especially in winter weather driving.

Our 2017 Outback had serious recurrent appearance of all warning lights on; the phenomenon went on and off at random. Maria was wonderfully efficient in solving the problem. We are now back to normal.

Maria provided a loaner car for us while our care was in for warranty service and took care of unexpected issue with our car, expeditiously.
The service manager was very nice, explained my options and helped me put together a service plan that worked for me. The parts that I needed were in back order but they set me up with a courtesy car for three weeks because although mine was drivable, they were concerned it would fail on me at some point. The whole process was very easy.
