They took care of what I scheduled to have done and investigated another issue I had and told me what the issue was and the additional cost that was involved and they took care of it while I was there.

They were very friendly, prompt and got my service done in half the maximum estimated time! Afterwards I had a question and they get back to me quickly with an answer.

Knowable friendly front staff, it took a little longer for the repair but it was during the holiday. They took the time to speak with me about the repairs and if I had any questions before I paid the bill, good customer service.

Great service and diagnostics! They provided videos of their findings so I could understand what my cars issue was. It was a painless process.

Byers offered to pick up my car, which was very kind, but I opted to drop it off. This location is beautiful, well kept and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Once determining the services needed, Byers walked me through each service in detail to ensure I understood what was being done. Purchasing experience was very good. Low stress. Maintenance is up to par, though I don't see them very often with long service intervals on these cars.

Byers Subaru Dublin is a great dealership to work with. We have worked with the same sales rep for our past three cars. Obviously we feel we are getting good service or we would not return. I was met by the service representative at my car. We discussed what service I need for my Forrester. I waited in the waiting area and enjoyed my book. The service writer came to me when the car was finished. The service and safety check was explained in detail. In stead of going to the cashier, the service writer took my payment and had me on my way.

Service was as long as expected, even on a day that would have been busy due to people preparing for holiday travels. They also found time to squeeze my Forester in that day for getting rear brakes replaced, which was an unanticipated service.

I was due for service, recall, and some car issues. Most problems were resolved and coupons were applied to keep costs. The service center was pleasant to work in and people were kind.

Had issue from possible previous service. Issue was dealt with promptly within one hour of calling. My auto was picked up and a loaner was delivered. Was updated on issue. Appreciate good service.

Had to wash my car several times before getting it right. Overall, good service but most likely I might try another dealership. Salesman was very helpful with my questions and service rep great but took a lot of time with the final details.

Purchasing my new Forester was a smooth operation, from when I first walked in and met Renae, made my decision a few meetings later, and then put a hold on a new Forester for when it would arrive at Byers Subaru Dublin. Since I purchased it, I stopped by and Renae gave me gracious time to review (again) some of the features. I love my new car, and the support I have received from the dealership has been wonderful and appreciated!

Just bought a 2015 Nissan murano and had to take to service after 3 days but service has been good as they are replacing transmission their cost. Austin in Subaru pre owned was wonderful. Only little glitch was in communications with the service department but we got that worked out. Nice dealership
