I took my car in without an appointment to the Express Service the whole routine check plus oil change and tire rotation took only about an hour.

The service staff was professional, friendly, and explained everything well. I was offered a shuttle ride if I needed it.

Byers Subaru Dublin has always been easy to schedule with, even with short notice. I’ve found my general maintenance visits to typically have reasonable wait times for the service provided. I’ve always purchased a maintenance package with my new Outbacks and have found that to be cost effective, making it easier to stay on schedule with maintenance. I’ve found all of the service staff to be friendly, and always keep me updated throughout the process.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Brandon explained each step of the process making sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. Love my Subaru Forester.

Pleased with the service and the fact that I got a loaner car so I did not have to to sit at the dealership waiting. What I am not pleased with is the fact that a wheel bearing had to be replaced on a car that is 6 years old and only 55k miles on it. Saying something for the quality of Subaru!

I like Byers service dept, they are reasonably priced and they excel at communication with the customer. They are fast and do great work. THey have treated me very well over my 4 Subarus

Atef Behery is awesome. Byers Subaru Dublin is extremely lucky to have him on their staff! I have purchased two & leased one Subaru Outbacks from Atef.
